Returning Manufacturer Print Merchandise
For non-quality issue returns | For issues related to size or a change in preference, please request a return within 14 days of receiving the package. All returns should be unused, unworn & unwashed. We will ask you to pay the return shipping cost. [contact a buddy]
For quality issue returns | Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please request a return within 14 days of receiving the package. All returns should be unused, unworn & unwashed. To be eligible for a refund, your item must show significant issues (tears/holes in cloth, print discoloration) & you will need to provide images to justify the complaint. Canceling an Order
Orders that have yet to enter production can be canceled in their entirety. Orders that have entered production but have yet to be posted can have their shipping canceled and the fee refunded. [contact a buddy]
